Hello fall and hello paid subscriptions π
Okay itβs not even fall yet, but I want it to be.
I don't know about you, but for me, the year always kicks off in September π. Maybe it's because I usually fail my New Year's resolutions by mid-January, or perhaps it's the allure of the back-to-school campaign ππβοΈποΈ.
Anyway, these days, I don't need new notebooks for school but to organize the thoughts I want to write down.
A couple of years ago, I started a list of over 30 emerging tech topics that I wanted to explore further. The topics I noted ranged from the challenges facing the VR industry π₯½ and the failure of crypto, to the gold rush we're all experiencing for AI β‘οΈ and much, much more.
So, since today marks the beginning of the "new academic year" π©βπ«, I'm kickstarting my paid subscriptions with a 20% lifetime discount for the first 20 subscribers! π

The Augmented Portal
So what does this Augmented Portal contain?
Lots of links. It's a weekly updated growing database that I've divided into 4 categories:
π‘ Signals: A compilation of trends and patterns of change to back up your research and inspire new projects.
ποΈ Resources: Articles, papers, documentaries, ebooks.. A deep dive inspiration into emerging tech.
π¦ Products: A database of AI, XR, wearables and IoT products, from the most mainstream to the most experimental
ποΈ Events: A global agenda of tech-related events and conferences, either free or paid, online or in person.
Here's a sneak peek π
As mentioned in the Friday email, the Friday news curation remains free. Subscribe only if the extra content appeals to you or if you can and want to support my writing π.
No hard feelings if you don't, but I'll be extremely grateful if you do β¨. If you're keen but can't afford it, contact me and we'll find a solution π€.
Again, thank you soooo much for your support!
Best,
Martina
