The Getty Image/Stable Diffusion lawsuit is interesting especially considering Shutterstock is partnering with OpenAI and implementing DALL-E into its product offering.
Good point! Apparently Shutterstock is already implementing good practices since they have a 'Contributor Fund' that compensates contributors when their content is used in the generation of AI images. Will mention that in tomorrow's newsletter, thanks for pointing it out 🤓
